Please note our Refund and Return Policy:
All purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please carefully select items and review purchases before placing orders.


Route Package Protection: Enabled by default in cart. Opt-Out if you do not wish to protect your shipment. Opting out of package protection leaves the customer liable for lost/stolen/damaged shipments.

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover.

In the event that a defective item is received, please do the following:

ShortSheets products may be eligible for a product warranty. Please contact the company via email at customerservice@sportsheets.com with your Desire Daeva proof of purchase. SportSheets will work with you directly concerning your product.


Desire Daeva Defective Item Procedure
Please email Desire Daeva at orders@desiredaeva.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Proof of a manufacturer defect must be furnished via a short video. Desire Daeva will send instructions on how to capture the footage. If the item is deemed defective (due to manufacturing), a comparable replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.
